How It Works: The Hummer Limo is powered by liquid fuels such as bio-diesel and ethanol. The bio-mass and food are then gasified into hydrogen, methane and carbon monoxide to help fuel the vehicle. The excess heat energy from the exhaust is used to power the gasifier and produce these gases. All the other energies listed above make electricity, which helps power the regenerative hydrogen generator system. Once presented with electricity, the regenerative hydrogen system breaks water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen to increase mileage and lower emissions.
