What You'll Need

1. Ultra-Slim professional grade ear-muffs with a noise reduction rating of 20 db
2. Headphones



Steps

Disassemble your headphones - pop off the speaker enclosure, but be sure to keep the mini-plug and wiring intact.
Snap the ear cushions out of the ear-muffs
Place the speaker enclosure into the ear-muff
Snap the ear cushions back on.
