Make an Ear-Splitting Air Horn

Video: Make a Sports Airhorn
You'll need to gather some materials:
35mm film canister
Straw
Balloon
Scissors

Steps:
1. Use the scissors to open up a hole in the bottom of the film can. The hole should be big enough that the straw can go inside it, but small enough that the fit is snug.
2. Cut another small hole in the side of the film canister. This is the hole you'll blow throw.
3. Cut the balloon in half
4. Take the top off the film canister
5. Stretch the piece of balloon over the open end
6. When you've got the balloon nice and tight, put the top back on over the balloon
7. Put the straw into the hole on the bottom of the canister
8. Get your loved ones out of the room and BLOW.
